summary:Objective To investigate the disinfection effect of centralized supply of tourniquet in the supply room.

method:10 units were randomly selected as the control group, and the mode of decentralized disinfection tourniquet was adopted; 10 units were randomly selected as the experimental group, and the mode of centralized disinfection and supply of tourniquet was adopted. The sampling of the two groups of treated tourniquet was studied, and the qualified rate, cleanliness, shelf life and elimination rate of bacteria were compared. Results The qualified rate, elimination rate, cleanliness and shelf life of the test group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion:Centralized disinfection and supply of tourniquet in disinfection and supply center is conducive to ensuring the quality of tourniquet cleaning and disinfection, reducing the risk of cross-infection in hospitals, improving the feelings of patients in hospital, ensuring the occupational safety of medical staff, and reducing the workload of clinical nursing staff.
