Q4: How can I get samples in time?
A: Please contact our sales representative by email, fax or telephone, specify the samples you need, and provide your courier (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.) account number. We will send the samples through your company's courier company, freight to pay. For overseas customers, samples worth less than $15 are usually free. As a courtesy, your courier fee and sample fee can be refunded for the first order.
